Want to Destroy Turn-Based Discussions

• I’ve been feeling quite frustrated with the limitations of Turn-Based Communication during the Bajiro Seminar.

  • Specifically,
    • It’s difficult to grasp the timing of when to speak during discussions.
    • There are light pieces of information that I want to add, but they’re not important enough to dominate the discussion.
  • **This is not a criticism of the Bajiro Seminar.
    • I believe that the Bajiro Seminar is a training program designed to help us gather our thoughts and speak at the appropriate timing, which is suitable for the current society where turn-based discussions are prevalent.
      • Personally, I think I’m not very good at it, so I want to improve through training (blu3mo).
  • However, as an engineer, I’m wondering if there’s a better mechanism for discussions that can be achieved through technology and the concept of Virtual Time.
    • It’s a desire to improve the environment/system rather than just adapting to it.

• Currently, I believe that synchronous parallel communication through Scrapbox is the most optimal.

  • However, it’s quite different from traditional methods, so it’s difficult to popularize.

• Approaches like Elastic Synchronization that blur the sense of time, I think this is an interesting area for potential applications.

  • It’s a pivot point for kineto.
