- Even if things other than oneself are damaged, it is not a problem because they are not oneself
- By practicing, one can reach a state where one realizes that one’s entire self is essentially Brahman
- If one can think that even if one’s body is damaged, it is the same as Brahman, then it is not suffering, right?
