“Sto-value” is an abbreviation for “Street Nampa value,” which refers to the evaluation of a woman’s looks on a 10-point scale when trying to pick her up on the street or in a public place.
This expression is mainly used in the Nampa community and dating app community to evaluate women from a man’s perspective, but men themselves may also use it. “Sto-taka” means having a high Sto-value, and “Sto-value increase” refers to increasing one’s Sto-value through methods such as makeup, fashion, dieting, and in some cases, even plastic surgery.
