Understanding the meaning of “hw12 (3) towards the origin”
I still don’t have a good understanding of Green’s theorem, so I will study it later.
-
Surface Integral: Why don’t we multiply by “r” in the double integral of polar coordinates? You can refer to section 6.67 of this link.
-
I need to review section 5.6 on inertia.
For Exam 2:
- Pay attention to the range of topics, including linearization.
- Practice problems involving the chain rule to become more proficient.
- Solve Rec 6 and 7, as I haven’t done them yet.
- Develop an intuition for concepts like maxima, directional derivatives, and the second derivative test.
- I want to gain a better understanding of Lagrange multipliers.
For Exam 1:
- Areas of concern include curvature and how to find limits.
- Things I can do to prepare:
- Solve the problems from the rec sessions that I haven’t done yet, especially Rec 4.
- Complete at least one Mock Exam.
Tuesday:
- Clear up any remaining questions and solve a Mock Exam.
- I tend to not do it if I carry it over to the next day.
Wednesday: Tasks to complete:
-
Watch the solutions video for the Mock Exam. ✅
