Icon Not Displayed in blu3mo-public

Problem

• The icon of member is not displayed on /blu3mo-public.
• 

Cause

• The member page has not been exported to /blu3mo-public.

Solution

• Add public.icon to the member’s page.
• Implement a process to transfer everything except for private specifications in Operating Scrapbox with Partial Public Mirroring.
