I’m having trouble with kineto, like Kineto User Test 1 and it’s been tough.

Reproduction Steps:
- Intentionally degrade the communication while playing and jump to the buffer destination.
- This causes the video to pause with MinimzieStall (which is not a problem).
- Then, when returning to the buffer range, it pauses with WaitingWhileEvaluatingBufferingRateReason.
- This is unclear.

It is recommended that you do not show UI indicating a waiting state to the user when this is the reason the player is in a wait state.

I think something similar to this reproduction method is likely to occur from the beginning in places where the communication environment is extremely poor.
