This is really good. If interactive editing is possible from here, the boundary between AI and human intellectual cooperation might disappear. https://t.co/Nm4x9BE2ok @(windymelt) April 26, 2024
I see, editing. If we disregard costs, it seems possible to instruct the higher layer to “summarize again because the lower layer has been updated” when editing a certain layer, and instruct the lower layer to “update the description based on this summary” to propagate changes… https://t.co/jqSm3Eb7L9 @(nishio) April 27, 2024
That’s right. While it may be debatable whether this can be considered traditional editing, considering the hierarchy rather than the sequence of events could lead to very interesting outcomes. @(windymelt) April 27, 2024
I have a very interesting feeling about this. Generalizing “propagation of edits from higher layers to lower layers” further could lead to “propagation of edits from language A to language B” or “from topic A to topic B,” which seems possible (image of topic conversion below). https://t.co/a7vmvw8aXN @(blu3mo) April 29, 2024
When the behavior of going up from summary level 5 to summary level 4 to summary level 3… is imaginable, I can’t imagine what should happen when going down in reverse (MugiSus). If allowing updates to lower levels, as the level decreases, the number of sections requiring updates should increase exponentially, right? (MugiSus)
- Unconsciously, I thought of just making one correction to the lower level, but it may not always be the case (nishio).
- Efficiently implementing Asymmetric Editor in terms of cost seems challenging (blu3mo).
