- The college was established in April 1999 in response to the needs of the times, with the educational goal of cultivating individuals who can truly contribute in the field of welfare. In order to establish the college, financial support was received for the enhancement of regional welfare, and the former Ota Technical High School site was provided through a public-private cooperation agreement with Ota City.
- The chairs and other furnishings are the same.
- The gymnasium, music room, and lounge were actually nicer in the past.
