The following is just a discussion of personal preferences.
-
I am not good at a society where people who can confidently express themselves loudly benefit.
- This is due to reasons such as not being good at interfering with others when I’m not sure if I’m right and impostor syndrome.
-
I don’t necessarily think it’s bad, but I personally find it difficult to live in such a society.
- So, it seems like it would be a good idea to be careful when considering the environment I place myself in.
-
What does “confidently expressing oneself” mean?
- It means expressing oneself loudly in a place where many people can see.
-
What does a “society where people who can confidently express themselves benefit” mean?
- Examples include platforms like Twitter, AO exams, and business-related fields (although I’m not very familiar with them).
- In the past, politics (elections) might be an example as well.
- (Is America an Environment that Demands Loud Communication?)
-
Examples that are not like that
- Academic communities are relatively not like that, I imagine.
- They are more likely to be evaluated based on the content of their expressions.

-
I would like a society where I can quietly accumulate my thoughts in a private Scrapbox.
- However, in the current society, if I don’t express myself, I won’t receive others’ opinions, which is inconvenient.
-
I feel like people like (tkgshn) are the ones who benefit in this society.
- (I’m envious as I watch them.)
- 🙌 There is an atmosphere within me that being able to consider what they have done (said) as correct is a sign of agility (tkgshn).
- They have a high agility.
- By speaking out boldly, they see it as “taking a position” and receiving engagement.
- (Being chosen, taking a position, being nominated)
- Well, there may also be a personality issue. If I feel like I can’t fight in that context, it’s just a gift (tkgshn).
- (Overcoming something and giving a gift)

- (blu3mo) I thought that maybe it would be good to strengthen the mentality of “Even if others overestimate me, I am not at fault.”
- (I’m envious as I watch them.)

I think SNS is a typical example of this, but when considering pre-SNS and post-SNS,
- pre-SNS: A society where even if you confidently express yourself, you don’t benefit.
- post-SNS: A society where if you confidently express yourself, you benefit.
- So, if we were to ask which one is better, I feel like the latter is better.
-
In the extension of this, I would be happy if there was a “society where you can benefit without confidently expressing yourself.”
