• After immersing myself in the Dojo community for a day at DojoCon JP 2020, I feel inspired to start my own Dojo.
  • The benefits of Dojo
    • Having a physical “space” is really valuable.
      • To go from 1 to 10, 100, or even 1000, some kind of space is necessary.
      • While teaching knowledge is important, the most valuable aspect of Dojo is the community of people who are doing programming together.
        • i.e. The community of “creators” is formed.
        • Everyone can show each other what they have created.
    • The beauty of the Dojo format (not a classroom) (equal footing)
      • (There was a discussion about how it’s called a Dojo, not a training hall)
