I want to explore the concept of Antifragility and see how it can be applied.
-
Currently, my basic approach to task management is “planning and execution.”
- For example, using Google Calendar Full Registration Todo Management and Task management to be evaluated by your future self.
- While I do want to have some room for flexibility and playfulness, I am trying to incorporate it into the system, with the main focus still being on executing the plan.
- In the context of Antifragility, this can be considered as being robust but not necessarily antifragile.
-
Are there any more antifragile methods?
- Time Management: Divide One Hour into Fixed Tasks and Have Freedom for the Rest
- This is totally like the barbell strategy! (blu3mo)(blu3mo)
- How exactly is this antifragile?
- It has low downside and high upside.
- Since antifragility is generally evaluated under randomness, it can be assessed based on whether there are benefits when “unexpected events” occur. (kawahiii)
- +1 (blu3mo)
- It is a useful technique, but I don’t think it is truly antifragile.
- I think it is more of a technique for managing my own motivation.
- In the broader sense of the Pomodoro technique (kota-yata)
