@blu3mo: I had a dream that philosophy (?) was about doubting everything (evaluation criteria, perception, etc.) and endlessly pursuing it. But in the end, I realized that it is impossible and that there is somewhere a point of resignation.

In discussions at the Tsuboyama Club, lunch meetings, and after-parties, I gradually realized that the dream I had about this was just a dream (blu3mo)(blu3mo)(blu3mo)(blu3mo).
-
What I wrote in the Bajiro Seminar.

In other words, I had a dream that philosophy (?) was about doubting everything (ethics, perception, etc.) and endlessly pursuing it. But in the end, I realized that it is impossible and that there is somewhere a point of resignation.

I was trying to write an essay saying “This is how XX technology should be,” and I thought there was a universal evaluation axis that could be used as the basis for normative discussions (blu3mo).
-
It means that there are many discussions about “what makes a good society” in this world, and I thought that humanity had found some universal evaluation axis as a result of delving into ethics and built normative discussions on top of it.
-
However, no matter how much I delved into the evaluation axis, I realized that I could not reach something universal, and there is no universal evaluation axis that can be used as the basis for normative discussions (blu3mo).

I have heard similar stories in philosophical fields other than ethics, and I realized that it is impossible to endlessly pursue logic and that there is some finiteness somewhere.
