I thought it was great to have to create monthly reports.
- The logs also capture changes in direction.
- When I first heard about monthly reports, I thought we would meet less frequently, but now (in October) I think this frequency is just right.
- For example, having meetings every week would be difficult in terms of preparation and would be mentally exhausting.
- Meeting once a month, receiving stimulation, and reflecting seems to be just the right balance.

For example, if it were Untrodden Jr., I think there would have been less sense of urgency.

At the Untrodden Kickoff Meeting, when Professor Inami said it’s okay for the project to change (in fact, it’s better), I felt relieved.
- To be honest, I was a bit naive in my proposal, and if it hadn’t been explicitly stated that change is okay, I think I would have been scared (either way, it’s challenging).
