The light of the smartphone is part of the body

• When entering a dark kitchen while walking and using a smartphone, it is often more convenient to turn on the flashlight on the phone rather than the kitchen light.
• I often find myself unconsciously turning on the flashlight as if manipulating a part of my body.
• (I do want to stop using my phone while walking like this.)
