- For example, the MIT Application asks applicants to describe the world they come from and how it has shaped their dreams and aspirations.
 - The University of Washington application asks applicants to describe the world they come from and how they, as a product of it, can add to the diversity of the university.

 - The impact that oneself has had on the community (contribution).
- This aspect may also require mentioning what one has learned.
 - The UC application asks applicants to describe what they have done to make their school or community a better place.
 - It may also be important to demonstrate how one interacts with others, similar to Harmony.

- This can be mentioned in school or foundation contexts.
 - It is an important point that has not been addressed in the Essay Scrapbox Proposal.

- This may also be weak in the Scrspbox essay and should be emphasized.
