Consideration of my earphones 202112
- As of 20211127, I am using the Aeropex.
- Overall, I am satisfied.
- It works particularly well for Zoom and Discord VC.
- Since it doesn’t block my ears, I can wear it for a long time.
- However, I find it a bit inconvenient when I’m out and about.
- The frame is rigid, so if I handle it carelessly, it might break (it actually broke once).
- I can’t hear anything without earplugs on buses or trains.
- So, I want separate earphones for when I’m out.
- If I have two, I can charge them alternately.
- Conditions to consider:
- USB Type C charging
- This is a must. Since I’ve standardized everything, I definitely don’t want lightning or microUSB.
- Form
- Integrated left and right?
- If they are separate like Airpods, I will definitely lose them.
- Well, if there’s a case, maybe that won’t happen…?
- I’m not sure.
- Integrated left and right?
- Noise cancellation
- I’m undecided about this.
- It seems interesting, but will I actually use it? That’s the question.
- I feel like I won’t know until I try it.
- Ambient sound amplification
- I don’t need this.
- The Aeropex is sufficient.
- Simultaneous connection
- I really want this.
- Well, if it’s for outdoor use only, maybe I don’t need it that much?
- Is Multipoint different from Multipairing?
- The Aeropex can do multipoint, but not multipairing.
- USB Type C charging
Earphones that caught my attention:
- Sony something XM4
- Good.
- Expensive.
- Sony something XM3
- Good.
- A bit expensive.
- Beats Studio Buds
- Might be good.
- Relatively affordable, and I can try noise cancellation.
- Oh, but it’s around the same price as the XM3.
- The reviews for ambient sound amplification are mixed, but I don’t use it, so it’s not a problem.
- I also like the design.
- Looks cool (blu3mo).
