Dealing with the vague fear of uncertainty by putting it into words#emotion
-
It’s common to feel a sense of unease about something.
-
In those moments, I feel like it’s better not to leave it as just a vague feeling of unease, but to find a way to free myself from it.
-
I often use Scrapbox to write down and organize my feelings (blu3mo).
- When I actually write them down, I often find that there are two different anxieties mixed together.
-
Even if simply writing them down doesn’t solve the problem, there seems to be some benefit in exposing my worries to the (trusted few) eyes of others.
-
There is a sense of psychoanalysis (blu3mo).
- = Some criticisms of psychoanalysis seem to apply to this as well.
-
As a goal, there seems to be Converting Ambiguous Worries into Positive Next Actions.
