- I feel like I did this with IB Predicted Grade.
- Immediately after the exam:
- Bluemo (@blu3mo):
-
IB mock (a very important exam that affects college admissions) is over.
-
It was pretty disastrous and tough.

- The result:
- IB Predicted Grade is not bad at all.
- Immediately after the exam:
- Reasons:
- I want to maximize the feeling of satisfaction when receiving the result, so it’s better to lower my expectations beforehand.
- It’s just a move for my own mental well-being.
- However, I realize it might come across as unpleasant to others.
- If I do it for the sake of my mental well-being, I should avoid posting about it on social media and do it alone.
- I want to maximize the feeling of satisfaction when receiving the result, so it’s better to lower my expectations beforehand.
- I feel like it’s a similar story to Duck Syndrome, but Bluemo doesn’t seem to have that tendency to a great extent.
- When Bluemo says “I haven’t studied,” they really haven’t studied.
- However, they are not the type to actively say “I’m doing my best,” so there might be some inclination in that regard as well.
